TN Visas: This is a North American Free Trade Agreement visa that is a faster way for Canadian citizens in certain jobs and with the right qualifications to work in the United States if they already have a job offer.

L1 Visas: If you are being transferred to a new United States office or existing business in the United States that is a part of your current foreign employer, an L1 visa may be what you are looking for.

H1B Visas: The H1B work visa is a type of visa for applicants who already have job offers in certain occupations that are considered specialty occupations. This means that the jobs aren’t just jobs that anyone can do, and that whoever does this job must be highly skilled.

H2B Visas: The H2B visa is somewhat similar to the H1B visa, except it is for skilled and unskilled labourers who are nonagricultural workers.

E2 Visas: Investing a significant amount of capital in an active United States business can result in your being able to obtain an E2 work visa for the United States.
